Account Suspension will only happen for one reason, there is an outstanding balance relating to hosting fees on your account which needs to be cleared. Account suspension will normally take place 7days after the due date on your invoice has passed and after your final payment reminder (3 payment reminders are sent in total). Suspension is an automatic process unless other arrangements have been made with Blufin Media to pay your account.

To unsuspend your account and make your website visable again, please arrange payment via Paypal or your prefered payment method. Once payment has been made and cleared your website will be unsuspended automatically.

Please note it is in your own interest to pay invoices on time and not allow your website to become suspended as in some cases this can have a detrimental effect on your search engines rankings/placement.
